For swimmers who are comfortable in the water and ready to strengthen their skills. Classes introduce proper stroke technique, improved coordination, endurance, and greater independence.
Advanced Swim
Helps experienced swimmers refine freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and other techniques while building endurance, efficiency, and overall swimming ability.

More Than 20 Years of Swim Instruction Experience
Our team brings more than 20 years of swim instruction experience to every class. Instructors are trained and certified through respected organizations including Starfish Aquatics Institute, USA Swimming, and the American Red Cross, with additional certifications in CPR, AED, and water safety.
We combine proven instruction with a structured skill progression that helps swimmers move from becoming comfortable in the water to developing stronger, more independent swimming skills.
